Tides of Duplicity (Coventry Saga)

Fitz and his sister are vacationing when he meets Tabby and falls hard. After Tabby leaves, a mobster tells Fitz she stole valuable jewels from him. Fitz refuses to help-until he learns his sister’s been taken. He must recover the jewels to save her. If he succeeds, it’ll cost the woman he’s come to love. If he fails, it’ll cost his sister’s life.
