Seth is wrecked after witnessing a traumatic accident during his last firefighting shift. He tries to work away the memory at the gym, and almost loses his life. He's rescued by the gorgeous owner of the gym, and they bond over the pain of their pasts. Their history threatens to divide them, but they end up falling in love before they can stop it.
